  • Flow: From porch to vestibule to living zone. All paths are wide, non-linear, and rhythmic in movement with fractal patterns in floor finish.

 

2. Core Social Zones

A. Living Room

  • Function: Family gathering, informal conversation, reading overflow from the Nook.

  • Volumetrics: A soft trapezoidal room with curved ceiling bays that reflect diffused daylight into the center.

  • Materiality: Clay walls with embedded shelving. Timber-beamed ceiling. Textured plaster that modulates sound.

B. Dining Room

  • Function: Communal meals, formal and impromptu dialogues.

  • Adjacency: Connected to kitchen + rear porch for garden harvest meals.

  • Volumetrics: Octagonal center table under a hipped ceiling. Dynamic lighting center pendant with interactive hue.

C. Kitchen

  • Function: Culinary craft, nourishment.

  • Features: Integrated root cellar drawer access, butcher-block counters, brick pizza oven, central cooking island with copper hoods.

 

3. Creative & Intellectual Infrastructure

A. The Sanctum

  • Function: Self-care, restoration, unburdening from homemaking.

  • Volumetrics: Window-facing concave retreat; 8-foot oval ceiling dome, ambient scent diffuser embedded in crown molding.

B. The Cave

  • Function: Entertainment, relaxation, spectacle.

  • Volumetrics: Lowered pit seating with slanted walls, integrated speaker system in brick niches. Skylight dome.

C. Presentation Hall (Show & Tell Room)

  • Function: Critique, idea pitching, communal creative review.

  • Design:

    • Elevated circular stage (floating floor)

    • Audience pit seating in terraced rings

    • Projector wall, critique chalkboard

    • Suspended acoustic baffles shaped like musical clefs

D. Studio & Typewriting Loft

  • Function: Audio production, architectural modeling, typewriting, digital-analog integration

  • Design:

    • Double-height brick & cork walls for acoustic control

    • Glass concave floor with metallic resonance frame

    • Overhead loft space with suspended catwalk for focused writing

A. Master Bedroom (Extra-Large)

  • Volumetrics: Softly vaulted ceilings with timber struts; ambient-absorptive textures. Interior garden atrium at headwall.

  • Mood: Deep sleep, dream induction, love frequency design (432Hz aligned)

B. Bedroom 2 & 3 (Medium-Sized)

  • Volumetrics: Tapered ceilings with suspended canopy nooks; each with personalized color reflectance.

  • Mood: Adaptive spaces—children or teen growth tracking with modular shelving + reading alcoves.
