I.O.U. CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR CASHAPP-BASED LOANS
Effective Date: May 31, 2025
Payee Account Name: Storm Patrick Erie
CashApp Identifier: $StormErie
Purpose:
This document serves as a binding agreement between Storm Patrick Erie (“Borrower”) and any individual or entity (“Lender”) who transmits monetary funds to the Borrower via CashApp with the transaction note clearly labeled: “loan to be returned”.
By accepting said funds, the Borrower acknowledges receipt of the transmitted amount and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Acknowledgment of Loan:
The Borrower hereby recognizes that any monetary amount received into the above-referenced CashApp account bearing the note “loan to be returned” constitutes a loaned sum that is subject to repayment.
2. Repayment Terms:
The Borrower agrees to repay the full principal amount to the original sender within a reasonable and communicated period not exceeding one (1) calendar year from the date of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Interest:
An optional goodwill interest of up to ten percent (10%) may be added to the repayment total at the Borrower’s discretion, provided it is lawful under relevant local and federal regulations. Interest is not guaranteed but will be applied when applicable as a gesture of appreciation and acknowledgment of financial trust.
4. Tax Responsibilities:
The Borrower agrees to report all applicable received loan amounts and any accompanying interest as required by law to federal and state tax authorities in the appropriate filing year.
5. Documentation & Validity:
This agreement is legally binding without requiring the signature of the Lender due to the verifiable nature of the CashApp transaction history. All transactions tagged with “loan to be returned” are deemed to fall under the purview of this agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana, and applicable U.S. federal law.
This document is issued to ensure full transparency and uphold the trust between parties engaged in peer-to-peer monetary transfers through CashApp.
